This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developers of Locals Live (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and applicable app store rules.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
The App allows users to discover live music events, tip performers via third-party services (e.g., Venmo), and interact with venues and artists. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit. You agree not to use the App to harass, spam, or engage in illegal activities.
The App integrates with third-party services such as Venmo for tipping and Google Firebase for backend services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App and all associated content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate this license at any time if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
